Who we are
The data controller is ZAHARIANS DESIGN S.R.L. (ZAIA Design), Prof. Ionescu Gion St. 6, ap. 2, Sector 3, Bucharest, J40/11737/2016 · CUI 36458336. For any question about your data, write to contact@zaia-design.ro.
What we collect
- The contact form: the name, email address, phone number and message you send us, plus the IP address the form was sent from.
- Where the visit came from: if you arrived from an ad, the click identifier (gclid from Google or fbclid from Meta) and the campaign parameters (utm).
- Technical visit data: IP address, device and browser type, screen size, language, time zone, pages visited, time on page and general interactions (scrolling, taps). We do not record what you type into fields.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and send you a quote (legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To measure how well the site and our ads perform and to stop fake or automated traffic (legal basis: our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To show you ZAIA Design ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok (legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses Google Tag Manager, which loads:
- Google Analytics 4 (traffic statistics) and Google Ads (conversion measurement), provided by Google Ireland Ltd.;
- Meta Pixel (measuring ads on Facebook and Instagram), provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.;
- TikTok Pixel (measuring ads on TikTok), provided by TikTok Technology Ltd.
These services may set cookies such as _ga, _gcl_au, _fbp or _ttp, usually kept for up to 2 years. The site also stores a few of its own preferences in your browser (your language, your cookie-banner choice and a visit identifier). You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. Our hosting provider and email service process it on our behalf, and technical data reaches Google, Meta and TikTok through the tools above. Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
- Messages sent through the form: for as long as the conversation and any project last, then at most 3 years, or as long as accounting law requires.
- The technical visit log: at most 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing done before. Write to contact@zaia-design.ro. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
