Feng Shui Consultation for Homes and Apartments

Feng Shui starts from the idea that the way a space is organized shapes how you feel in it. At ZAIA Design, Feng Shui analysis ties directly into interior design: the recommendations become concrete choices of colors, furniture, plants and layout.

Two options: a consultation or an in-depth analysis

Feng Shui consultation — 100–150 €. A 60–90 minute phone or video call, based on the photos and floor plan you send us. We pinpoint the main issues in your space and you get targeted recommendations you can put into practice right away: colors, decorative objects, furniture and plants. If you later decide on the in-depth analysis, the cost of the consultation is deducted from its price.

In-depth Feng Shui analysis — from 15 €/sqm. We visit the property, confirm the measurements and you receive a detailed written plan: an overall analysis of the space with the Bagua map, an analysis of each of the 9 areas, suggested remedies for every area, recommendations for colors, objects and plants, personalized suggestions, and a mapping of each area to your goals. We also help you with the implementation.

How the online consultation works

You get in touch and tell us about your space and what you would like to improve.
We send you the consultation contract and the invoice for the 50% deposit.
We analyze the space based on the materials you sent and prepare our recommendations.
We schedule the video call, where we present the analysis and talk through the possible changes.
After the consultation, you receive the invoice for the remaining 50%.

What is the Bagua map

The Bagua map divides your floor plan into nine areas, each linked to an area of life: career, relationships, family, prosperity and more. The analysis looks at what sits in each area — which room, which furniture, which colors — and suggests adjustments where needed.

Feng Shui and interior design

Many Feng Shui principles overlap with good interior design practice: free-flowing circulation, natural light, order and well-planned storage, a bed with a protected back and a view of the door, a desk facing the room's entrance.
